1. ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

1.1 General information

 

- Submission of a manuscript implies submission of a full-text paper that the work described has not been published before.

- A pre-conference proceeding includes keynote speakers’ abstracts and selected abstracts.

- Abstracts are written in English.

- Formatted in Word, font Times New Roman 12, double spaced, 2.5-cm margins, paper size A4.

- Abstract form:

PAPER TITLE

First Author 1, Second Author 2 and Third Author3  (underline the presenter author)

1 Full address of first author, including affiliation and email

2 Full address of second author, including affiliation and email

3 Full address of third author, including affiliation and email
Abstract: an abstract cannot contain more than 400 words.

Keywords: about 5 key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

1.2 The abstract can be submitted by one of two ways:

- Sign in a Google Account and Submit the Abstract via Google Form: ABSTRACT SUBMISSION.

- Send the Abstract to the Email: icme@hnue.edu.vn

2. Powerpoint presentation submission

The Powerpoint Presentation can be submitted by one of two ways:

- Sign in a Google Account and Submit The Powerpoint Presentation via Google Form:  POWERPOINT PRESENTATION SUBMISSION

- Send the Powerpoint Presentation to the Email: icme@hnue.edu.vn

3.1 General information

  • Paragraph → Line spacing: → Single, first line: 0.75cm, spacing: before 2pt, after 2pt.
  • Page Setup →Margins → Top: 2.5cm, Bottom: 2 cm, Inside: 3 cm, Outside: 1 cm.
  • Page Setup → Layout →   Header: 1.5 cm, Footer: 1.5 cm,    Select  “Different  odd  and  even,   Different first page.”
